The reception
8h45 : Vous serez accueillis par Jessica dans La Case Madisail au front de mer de Case Pilote pour vous équiper de chapeaux en feuilles de coco et de ciré, Pol vous rejoindra pour le briefing qui permettra de bien préparer la journée.
L’embarcation se fait sur le port de Case Pilote sur l’annexe sans moteur.
Puis va être l’heure de hisser les voiles !

Once out of port, Captain Pol will decide where to go based on the winds. Heading north or south along the Caribbean coast.
You will have the opportunity to hoist the mainsail and take the helm on the outward and/or return journey.
The guided water walk
Pol propose une promenade en snorkeling, c’est-à-dire une pratique de sous-marine peu profonde en masque, palmes et tuba que nous allons vous prêter.
Les sites que vous allez découvrir sont des zones de récifs coralliens rocheux et/ou des parois rocheuses avec l’apparition de centaines de poissons multicolores.
This outing is accessible to swimmers of all levels. You will be provided with a kickboard for stability, and Pol will stay close by.
The meal
12 noon: Madibox meals are made using fresh, healthy, and delicious ingredients sourced from Morne Vert's permaculture production, fresh fish from Bellefontaine, and a few imported products, but all from the European organic sector, such as rice, quinoa, and lentils.
Back to Pilot Case
4:30 p.m.: Return to the Madisail Hut to collect your belongings.
Enjoy this charming little town in the northern Caribbean for its sunsets and small restaurants on the waterfront.
