Welcome & introduction
Arrival at the dive center in Sainte-Anne for a warm welcome and general briefing.
Meet your instructor and get introduced to the gear (wetsuit, mask, fins, buoyancy compensator, regulator).
Explanations about the structure of the chosen training course and the educational objectives for the day.
Training – PADI (Open Water / modules)
Theoretical introduction session: safety, basic diving principles, and familiarization with the equipment.
Practical exercises in a protected environment: technical exercises (breathing, balancing, controls) before going out to sea.
Supervised sea dives to apply the skills acquired and validate the stages of the PADI course.
PADI objective: to progress gradually toward Open Water Diver certification, with appropriate equipment and supervision.
Training – FFESSM (France / CMAS)
Technical briefing specific to the FFESSM, with educational content focused on mastering diving skills.
Practical exercises at sea: equipment management, safety, underwater communication.
Progression by levels: from Level 1 (introduction at 20 m) to higher levels (autonomy and depth, depending on progress).
Training – SSI (international)
Digital or theoretical learning session with SSI teaching materials before going out to sea.
First SSI dives: putting immersion techniques, safety, buoyancy, and underwater navigation into practice.
Progression towards SSI Open Water Diver: series of accompanied dives to validate the ability to dive to a depth of 18 m with relative autonomy.
SSI Objective: to obtain internationally recognized certification, with an emphasis on progressing at your own pace.
Return & conclusion of the day
Return to the center after your dives for a personalized debriefing with your instructors.
Possible awarding of certificates or progress reports depending on the training course taken.
Opportunity to ask any questions and plan the next steps in your training.
